22 November 2026Sunday
10 AM to 4 PMA day centred around you
NoidaA small room, in good company

Pregnancy changes many things.

Your body.
Your routines.

Your plans.

The way people look at you.

Suddenly, conversations begin with the baby.

How are you feeling?
Which month are you in?

Have you chosen a name?

Are you eating enough?

Are you prepared?

Beautiful questions.

But somewhere between all of them, there is another one worth asking.

How are you?

Still You is a women-only day created for the woman becoming a mother, without asking her to disappear inside motherhood.

The woman behind the chapter

Somewhere along the way, everyone started seeing the mother.

Illustration of an expecting woman with her journal, in a warm conversation with a friend

And perhaps a little less of the woman.

The woman who had plans before the pregnancy.

The woman who had favourite songs, unfinished ideas, strange little habits, ambitions, friendships, opinions and a life that belonged entirely to her.

She is not disappearing.
She is changing.

And change does not have to mean leaving yourself behind.

The woman you were.
The woman you are.

The mother you are becoming.

They are allowed to exist together.

That is what Still You is about.

A day centred around you

This is not
a baby shower.

And it is not another day of being told what you should do during pregnancy.

It is a day centred around you.

Your body.
Your identity.

Your thoughts.

Your laughter.

Your appetite.

Your future.

Your changing relationship with yourself.

There will be movement.
There will be food.

There will be conversations.

There will be moments that are playful.

Some that are quiet.

And none of them require you to perform pregnancy perfectly.

Come exactly as you are.

The day

Time to arrive.

10 AM to 4 PM

10 AM

Arrive slowly.

A sunlit cane chair beside a cup of tea and an open journal

No rushing into a schedule the moment you enter.

Come in.
Have something to drink.

Meet the women you will be spending the day with.

Settle into the room.

There is nowhere else you need to be for the next few hours.

11 AM to 1 PM

Meet
Dr. Neha Gaur.

The body is changing. She deserves to understand it, not fear it.

Dr. Neha Gaur (PT), founder of Heal2Fit and guide for Garbh Shakti
Garbh Shakti with Dr. Neha Gaur11 AM to 1 PM

Movement, breath, meditation, practical guidance and a little more trust in the body you are living in.

Pregnancy brings a new relationship with your body.

Some days it feels powerful.
Some days are unfamiliar.

And some days you simply want someone experienced to tell you, gently, what is happening and how to move through it.

Dr. Neha Gaur (PT) is the founder of Heal2Fit and has spent more than two decades working with women across pregnancy, postnatal recovery and different stages of women’s health. Her approach brings together her background in physiotherapy with yoga, movement, nutrition, antenatal education and Garbh Sanskar.

For Still You, Dr. Neha will lead our Garbh Shakti session, a gentle space to move, breathe and become a little more present in the body that is carrying you through this chapter.

Her wider pregnancy work includes prenatal yoga, meditation, practical pregnancy guidance and Garbh Sanskar, with an emphasis on adapting care to the woman, her trimester and her individual needs.

This is not about doing pregnancy perfectly.

It is about understanding your changing body.
Moving with it instead of against it.

Breathing a little deeper.

Asking the questions you have been carrying.

And spending two hours with someone who has spent years listening to women ask them.

1 PM to 2 PM

The long
lunch.

A long wooden table set with vegetarian food, handmade ceramics and flowers

There is something beautiful about women sitting around a table with nowhere to rush to afterwards.

A thoughtfully prepared vegetarian lunch.
Good food.

Tea.

Conversation that does not need an agenda.

No networking.
No introductions that begin with what you do for work.

Just a shared table.

2 PM to 4 PM

Still You

And then, the afternoon turns back toward her.

Not the pregnancy.
Not preparation.

Not motherhood.

Her.

A series of intimate, playful and reflective experiences designed around the woman behind all these new changes.

The Gallery of You

Before the day, we will ask you to send us one photograph.

Not your pregnancy shoot.
Not your wedding photograph.

Not necessarily your most beautiful picture.

Just one image in which you remember feeling unmistakably like yourself.

Maybe you were travelling.
Working.

Dancing.

Doing absolutely nothing.

Those photographs will quietly become part of the room.

A reminder that every woman entering motherhood is arriving with an entire story already behind her.

02

The Hours of My Life

An open journal, burgundy pen, lotus flower and tea in soft morning light

Pregnancy brings an endless list of things to prepare for.

But what about the things you want to protect?

Your work.
Your friendships.

Your mornings.

Your creativity.

Your independence.

Your relationship.

Your alone time.

Your sleep.

Your ambition.

Your silliness.

Yourself.

Through a playful experience, we will ask women to think about the hours of their life they want to continue keeping for themselves.

Not because motherhood takes everything away.

But because sometimes we protect things better when we have first named them.

03

The Woman Shower

Watercolours, clay, paper and flowers arranged on a sunlit creative table

There are baby showers.

So we thought the woman deserved one too.

Not a celebration of what she is about to become.

A celebration of everything she already is.

A few words.
A small gesture.

Something personal to take home.

And perhaps the permission to remember:

You do not have to disappear for motherhood to begin.

04

The “And” Portrait

An illustrated woman resting with a book on a quiet garden veranda

At the end of the day, we will ask you to complete one sentence.

I can become a mother and...

And still build.
And travel.

And create.

And lead.

And rest.

And laugh too loudly.

And change my mind.

And remain ambitious.

And remain myself.

There is no correct answer.

Your answer belongs only to you.

We will photograph you with the words you choose.

A portrait not only of the woman becoming a mother.

A portrait of the woman continuing to become herself.

Who is Still You for?

This may be
your room.

Still You may feel like your room if you are expecting and:

  • You want conversations that go beyond pregnancy advice.
  • You want to remain connected to your identity as your life changes.
  • You want thoughtful movement without entering a clinical environment.
  • You miss meaningful female company.
  • You like smaller rooms where people actually speak to one another.
  • You want good food, beauty, creativity and a little breathing space.

Or perhaps you cannot explain exactly why.

You simply read this page and thought,

I would like to be there.

That is enough.

A quiet thought

उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्।

Let one lift oneself through oneself. Let one not allow oneself to sink.

Becoming responsible for another life does not require disappearing from your own.

A little
more clarity.

She is coming with you.

Into motherhood.

Into whatever comes after that.

You are becoming a mother.
